Liberty and Security in a Changing World: The Report of the President's Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies.

Professor Sunstein will speak about the report on NSA surveillance delivered by the President’s Review Group on December 18,  Liberty and Security in a Changing World: The Report of the President's Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies.

Professor Sunstein's talk will be followed by discussion by Professors Bruce Ackerman and Jack Balkin.

BIO: Cass Sunstein is the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard Law School. From 2009 to 2012, he served as the Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, and from 2013 to 2014, he served as member of the President's Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies.
